The Pilates Parlour - a classical joint

Sister Things ❤️

I had one experience working with . Covid was rampant and we were locked down. Miguel Silva was a godsend at the time because he started hosting live workshops and sessions (for free no less) one of these featured Fabien and I was lucky enough to attend and get a sliver of his genius. I am so sorry to hear about his passing and am sending love and light to his family, friends and all of the Pilates students who worked with him. Rest well 💔
