Huge thanks to my Dad and Erika for hosting us over Thanksgiving! It was time well spent with family and friends, as that's what it's all about. We ate well thanks to Erika and her healthy cooking ways, slept very little (4ppl 1 room), and we loved lots 💞. We are thankful for the 2 of you and glad you made the move to Florida 😆🥰

I'm personally using it to recover my core from having my babies. It's helped SO much with my abdominal wall seperation (diasatis recti)

People often tell me I’m an inspiration to teach BodyPump at 33 weeks pregnant. I tell them it’s what keeps me feeling good and moving! It’s the same as we age!!! Spooky Nook hosted their annual aging sport competitions and it was AMAZING to watch them compete, move, and come together as a community. Ultimate health is with the simple things in life- moving (what are bodies were meant to do) and eating whole foods! Find your local gym and join!!
