You’re eating clean. Moving your body. Doing all the things.
But progress feels... stuck?
👀 Look at your sleep.
🧠Look at your rest.
(Not scrolling-in-bed rest — real rest.)
Your body needs to feel safe to let go— of stress, of fat, of fight-or-flight mode.
Do this tonight:
* Screens off 1 hour before bed
* 5 mins of deep breathing
* Say no to one thing draining you
You don’t need to earn your rest.
You need to protect it.

If fat loss is your goal — sleep and rest aren’t optional. They’re part of the plan.
