The truth is, if you’re lucky, you come across someone who just gets you. Even on my days that I am a b*tch and I don’t deserve a friend, she’s still there. She’s understanding, she’s loving, she’s empathetic and most importantly she’s very self aware. We have such a real friendship and that’s what I love the most. We can call one another out on our bs, flaws and weaknesses and still turn around and show up for one another and improve ourselves.

I do upper body in 1 day - the other 3 are for lower 😃🫶🏼

My upper is built up enough to just maintain it I don’t need more than 1x a week - I do not want to gain size either 😃

I’m sorry but I can’t play small because I want it all 🌙✨

Looking good equals feeling good equals confidence equals no mfn distractions to get what I want 😝 that’s what I say…

Whatever you do, don’t be humbled into playing small… this is your lifeeeeee 💯 those ideas in your head that won’t go away… that’s God telling you it’s go time… it’s never too late, time passes anyway. You can sit there and waste talent or put it to work and watch your story unfold.
