Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian-inspired style of bodywork known for its long, flowing, rhythmic strokes. The continuous movements help calm the nervous system, release muscular tension, improve circulation, and create a deeply relaxing, whole-body experience.
I’m proud to add this beautiful modality to my practice as an officially trained Lomi Lomi Massage Practitioner and cannot wait to share it with you!

The long head of the triceps originates from the infraglenoid tubercle of the scapula and inserts on the olecranon of the ulna. Since it crosses both the shoulder and elbow, trigger points near its origin may contribute to pain or restricted movement in the posterior shoulder and upper arm.
In this session, I'm applying sustained pressure to a trigger point near the muscle's origin to help reduce local muscle tension and improve tissue mobility. Treatment is always based on a thorough assessment and tailored to each client's presentation.
