Just a team trying to be fit and motivate others along the way! Everything is hard until it isn’t. No such thing as trying, only doing or not doing.
We are not professionals and will never claim to be. We will only speak or show what has worked for us.
Might look easy… but those who know, know..
Still doing good!
Just you and you in the mirror. Talk to that dude you see and ask what kinda dude u r.
Work as hard as you want.. no one cares but you. You achieve the results.
Never quit! One day or day one..
You know if you ask… you’re not really ready.
Only see your goals.. not everyone expectation of what is successful.
No gym partner. Guess I’ll dap myself and get going.
Work for it!
This made me laugh 😆
