I would definitely make these again, would just need to tweak the process a little. I needed to bake them longer and let them cool entirely before eating. The texture was a little like a soufflé. But it didn’t stop me from eating them all.

Cottage cheese pizza crust:
Oven at 400 degrees
Lime pizza pan with parchment paper
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
Bake 25 minutes
Add toppings
Bake 10 more minutes
