Intervals Meet ✨ Join us on Sunday morning for our park meet, doing a group training! Nobody gets left behind 🫶 We will meet at the pickleball courts to warm up.

This is a great opportunity to ease into running if you're a beginner, or work on your sprints and recovery if you're working on endurance!

Bring your headphones, water and good vibes 😝 See you there!

NEXT MEET! ✨ we will be hitting up Turkey Creek's trail in Niceville this Sunday! we will do this social run together, stopping when we need, and no one is left behind!

The trail's full length is 1 mile there, 1 mile back, so we can do up to two loops if we've got the energy!🏃‍♀️

NEXT MEET🌅 join the girls for a sunset walk down the beach! we'll have gloves and bags for anyone wanting to clean as they go 🫶 meet us at the entrance of the beach boardwalk and we will promptly begin the walk at 6pm!

Last night's park & volleyball night 🩷✌️

Join us on Saturday morning, June 11th for a beach cleanup on Okaloosa Island! We will meet at Rockin Tacos at 7am to begin!

You + Me + Doughnuts? 🍩😍 NEXT MEET! We are so excited to partner with on July 12th for a morning walk in Destin!!!

We will do a casual, social walk in the neighborhood beginning at 8AM, and meet back at their business at 9AM to grab breakfast together ☕ The girls that RSVP with us will get a FREE gluten-free doughnut! Just DM us to be added to the headcount! They also have a delicious drink menu to order from! 😋
