It is such an honor to walk this journey with you.

You arrive carrying stories, emotions, and the quiet weight of living in a world that asks so much. When you rest on my table, you offer trust—not just in my hands, but in the possibility of letting go. Together, we allow what’s been held in the body to move, soften, and release. What no longer needs to be carried is left here, supported by the table, the breath, and the moment.

Thank you for pausing with me.
For allowing yourself to rest.

This space was created to hold you—warm, grounded, candle-lit, and calm. A small sanctuary where the nervous system can exhale, the body can feel safe, and you don’t have to be anything other than exactly where you are.

A rare opening came up tomorrow.
If your body’s been asking for care, this might be your moment to finish the week off with my self-care. Link in bio & comments.

Feeling frozen or run down?
I have a few openings this Thursday and would love to help you reset with restorative heat therapy.
