This one was a process.

We’ve been coloring her red for over 4 years, and 6 weeks ago she decided she was ready to go back to something more natural.

We started with multiple rounds of color remover… and honestly, it barely budged. That’s the reality of long-term color buildup.

So instead of forcing it in one appointment and risking damage, we took the smarter route—
prepping the hair, protecting the integrity, and building a plan.

Today was step one of that transition 🤎

Good color isn’t rushed. It’s intentional.

Okay guys! Big ask! Do you or anyone you know have virgin hair? I want to play with some new high lift colors but in the world of color, color doesn’t lift over color so it needs to be hair that hasn’t been touched with color!

Today’s the day! After 3 years of work, on and off, experimenting with other systems hoping someone already created exactly what I wanted, it’s launch day.

Now since I developed this system all by myself, there will be some bumps along the way. Please reach out to me if anything looks weird or isn’t working, but hopefully those things happen few and far between!

No lie, I was nervous as heck to do this platinum session.

She’s my easiest platinum client, naturally light fine hair but I was nervous! Using new lightener, new toners all on a service that is delicate for even the most experienced professional.

Needless to say, I was relieved when the lightener didn’t swell, lifted perfectly and the toner was exactly perfect.
