Facial asymmetry isn’t always a filler problem. And treating it like one can leave you with more volume…but not more balance. 💁🏽♀️✨
Her main concerns were facial asymmetry and lack of lip volume.
On assessment, the left side of her face was fuller because the masseter muscle on that side was larger.
So the answer was not to just add filler to the smaller side and hope for the best.
We treated the cause of the imbalance.
✨ Masseter Tox to relax and reduce the stronger, fuller left side
✨ Cheek filler to improve midface symmetry
✨ Lip filler to create better volume and proportion
✨ Chin + chin shadow filler to refine and balance the lower face
