My sammy from Gold’s Deli was too delicious to not take home, BUT today I wanted to put a spin on it. I can’t let the quality meat and cheese go to waste!!

Nothing goes better with roast beef and cheese than onions 🫠. Sautéed in butter with a little salt, pep, and a splash of Worcestershire. While those soak up the goodness I made my spread with what I could salvage from Golds horseradish mayo + more mayo, Japanese hot mustard, salt, pep, and a little garlic powder. Using my sourdough 🍞 from Prevail Bakehouse I stacked her up nicely, slathered in butter and toasted to perfection. I’m kinda in love with getting “creative” and making meals with what I’ve already got.

Topped off with a poppi Shirley temple (duh) makes this a lunch I to remember 🥪
