Remember to stay hydrated!
Had a great time at the power player event last night. It was great reconnecting with Nancy, from soaring Spirit wellness and meeting one of her colleagues Dawn. Had fun taking some amazing photos and making amazing network connection connections.
Last-minute cancellation for today. Wait list has been notified, but wanted to make a post here to make it more effective to get scheduled. Available opening is from 11 to 2 o’clock. Can accommodate up to a two hour massage. With it being a last-minute opening, I am offering 10% off for this timeslot and it can be combined with the Himalayan salt stone promotion. Please go on the booking page or feel free to send me a text and I can help get you scheduled.

Spotlight with dynamic cupping. Helping to lift the fascia, improving blood flow and manipulating the muscle tissue. This is great to help improve blood flow and break up the superficial tissue more easily to get to deeper levels of the muscle more effectively
Due to a booking error on my part, afternoon appointment is available. Please let me know if you needed to get yourself scheduled, otherwise I will use this as a training day. I hope everyone’s having a wonderful weekend!

Morning appointment is still available. I could take you at 10 o’clock, 1030 or 11 o’clock depending if you’re looking to do a two hour, hour and a half or hour appointment. Please send me a message so I can help you get your appointment secured, as the online booking won’t let you book this close to appointment time. Wanted to make sure I gave everyone the opportunity to add some last-minute relaxation to their day!
