Weight loss changes the number on the scale.
Body recomposition + contouring focuses on changing how your body LOOKS your shape, waistline, definition and proportions while you’re putting in the work with your lifestyle habits.

And here’s something I really want my clients to understand:

More inches lost does NOT automatically mean a “better” session.

Someone starting with a larger waist or more volume in an area may lose more inches initially simply because their body has more inches available to lose.

So yes it’s completely normal for your first few sessions to show a bigger change, and then as your body gets SMALLER, your inch loss may become smaller too.
