Guys night out!

Crazy to think it was over 18 years ago that my friend and I were earning our blue belts together—spending way too much time trying to choke each other out on the mats. Tonight, the only thing we were fighting over was the last piece of nigiri with my dad.😂

Such a great omakase experience at Haru Omakase with the ultimate crew. From those early jiu-jitsu days to an incredible meal together, I wouldn’t want it any other way.

First and foremost, ALL praise and glory to God. Without Him, none of this would be possible. 🙏✨

I can’t even believe I’m writing this, but 2+ years of talking about food, longevity, and making better nutrition choices on mr_longevity led to this moment. 🤯

I’m officially featured in the new Netflix US documentary: Big Chicken: A Fast Food Conspiracy (featuring Mo Gilligan )! 🍿🍗

If you haven’t heard of it yet, the documentary follows comedian Mo Gilligan on a 28-day experiment looking deep into ultra-processed foods, industrial fast food, and exposing the reality of how the fast food industry shapes our choices and health.

They ended up featuring 3 separate clips of me in the doc to help break down the truth behind what we put into our bodies—and honestly, seeing them defend my work on a global platform feels surreal. (And yes... I somehow ended up with more airtime than Kylie Jenner 😭)!

When I started , my goal was simple: help people make better, informed choices so they can live longer, healthier lives. To see that mission reach Netflix is proof that staying true to the message works.

I couldn’t have done any of this alone. A huge special shout-out to my incredible family, my amazing wife, my film guy Ryan Ramsey, my editor, and every single person who has supported me along this journey. Your encouragement made this possible. ❤️

If you’ve found value in my content over the last two years, please share this post, tag a friend, or repost it to your story! The more people we reach with this documentary, the more lives we can impact with real nutrition truth.

🚨 “Big Chicken: A Fast Food Conspiracy” is streaming on Netflix right now! Go check it out, let me know when you spot my clips, and hit that SHARE button! Stay tuned, more to come on this!📲

One of the best parts of our regional team meeting in Philly was taking time to reflect on Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl.

In the busyness of life, it’s easy to get caught up in everything we can’t control. Frankl reminds us that while we can’t always choose what happens to us, we can always choose how we respond. That perspective can make all the difference.

And since we were in Philadelphia, we couldn’t pass up a stop at the Rocky statue. 🥊 A great reminder that resilience isn’t just a movie theme—it’s something we all need in life and in business. Sometimes you get knocked down. What matters is getting back up and moving forward.

One of my biggest takeaways is that when you have a clear “why,” even the hard days have purpose. It keeps you focused on what matters most and reminds you why you do what you do.

I’m grateful for this incredible team. We work hard, challenge each other, learn from one another, and always find time to have some fun along the way.

Keep punching. 🥊

Made a quick stop at Niagara Falls this morning, and no matter how many pictures you take, they never truly capture what it’s like to experience it in person. The roar of the water, the mist in the air, and the power of the falls are absolutely breathtaking.

I loved walking through the park, taking in the scenery, and appreciating the beauty of nature all around me. What an incredible place to spend a morning. 🌊🍃

Started the day with a run and found myself taking a few moments to just look around and appreciate it all. The sunshine, the energy to move, the city, and the simple fact that I get to experience another beautiful day. Feeling grateful for God’s blessings, my health, and the beauty of His creation that surrounds us every day. Sometimes we get so caught up in life that we forget to stop and take it all in. Today was a good reminder. ☀️🙏

We definitely got our steps in today… 😅 About 25,000 of them!

We spent the day exploring Daegu’s Modern Culture Street, where the beautiful churches and historic buildings gave us a glimpse into Korea’s past. Then we rode the Apsan Cable Car and hiked up to the observatory for some breathtaking views over the city!

Safe to say our legs are feeling it tonight, but it was 100% worth it. 🇰🇷❤️

Above Bangkok at the Golden Mountain.
A reminder that sometimes the best views come after the climb. ⛰️
Perspective changes everything.

My dad taught me discipline, hard work, accountability, and integrity. He showed me that real strength starts in the mind, that actions speak louder than words, and that life will knock you down—but you get back up.

Some of the lessons he gave me stayed with me through the hard seasons and helped build the foundation I stand on today.

Grateful for the wisdom, the tough conversations, and moments like this—sharing a trip through Europe together.

Love you, Dad. Hope you enjoy your day ❤️

Toro ✅
Uni ✅
Wagyu ✅
Caviar ✅
Gold ✅
Sometimes a single bite tells the whole story.

This masterpiece from Kichi Omakase brought together all of my favorites into one unforgettable experience. The richness of the toro, the buttery uni, the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu, topped with caviar and a touch of gold leaf—every layer somehow complemented the next.

Omakase at its finest!
