🥔 It’s National Potato Day… and even potatoes need a massage! 😂
Come be a couch potato on my table and let me turn you into mashed potatoes. 💆♀️🥔
Stress? Mashed.
Tension? Mashed.
Tight shoulders? MASHED. 😂
Consider this your official sign to stop carrying all that tension and book yourself some table time.
Because sometimes the best version of you is… mashed. 🥔✨
Relax • Release • Restore
Good things take time.
I will always talk down your nervous system before dropping elbows. 👌
Massage is a two-way conversation 💙💚

Life is busy.
Life is rushed.
Life is exhausting both mentally & physically.
The Frequency Reset at Refined Renewal Day Spa is your opportunity to take time for YOU.
An immersive vibroacoustic experience designed to guide your nervous system out of stress mode and into a state of deep balance.
This is more than relaxation.
It’s full-system restoration through sound you don’t just hear — you feel.
If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tense, or unable to fully unwind… this is where your body begins to recalibrate.

Blackheads like this don’t just “go away”…
They sit. They build. They stretch the pore over time.
Until they’re properly removed.
This session focused on deep extractions to clear out compacted congestion and give the skin a true reset.
And yes… it was as satisfying as it looks 😏🖤😋

Fascia is the body’s connective web.
It surrounds and weaves through muscles, organs, bones, and nerves — creating one continuous, intelligent system.
It doesn’t just “hold things in place.”
It transmits force.
It supports posture.
It coordinates movement.
It communicates tension and release throughout the entire body.
When fascia becomes restricted — from stress, injury, inflammation, or repetitive patterns — it can create pulling, compression, and misalignment far beyond the original area.
But when fascia glides, hydrates, and adapts the way it’s designed to…
the entire body moves with more ease.
Fluid tissue.
Balanced structure.
Effortless movement.
When fascia moves well, the whole body moves well.
At Refined Renewal Day Spa, I use manual therapy, fasciablasting, cupping and guasha to release adhesions, body imbalances and immobilities.
