This is the part of BCBK that never gets old.

When someone stops by and tells me they’re still using something I formulated for my baby 11 YEARS AGO ….or shares why they came back for another jar… I’m reminded that there’s a real person and a real story behind every product that leaves my hands.

Especially with our Eczema Care Collection. So many of you have made these products part of your family’s routine for dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin—and hearing your personal experiences means more to me than you probably realize.

BCBK may have grown over the years, but I still make these products in small batches, and I still get excited when I see a familiar face come back.

And this weekend, that face behind the booth will be mine. 😊

Yesterday, while riding in an Uber on my way to pick up my car from the dealership, we were involved in a minor accident. The moment I felt the impact, my first instinct, after calling 911, was to reach into my little purse for my Aconitum 30C.( homeopathic remedy)

A couple of hours later, I began feeling soreness and pulling around my ribs. Once I was home, I reached for Arnica 200CK, made myself a warm turmeric, Manuka honey & holy basil tea, rested, and leaned into the holistic practices that have become such a meaningful part of my life.

This morning, I woke up feeling so much better. 🙏 I still have some lower-back soreness -I have been applying our Arnica Sore muscles , so today is about listening to my body, resting, and taking things slowly. One dose of Rhus Tox for now :)

One thing studying homeopathy taught me is how much attention practitioners give to the remedy, potency, frequency and duration. Homeopathy has been part of my personal wellness journey for over a decade, and yesterday reminded me why I value having my little homeopathic kit nearby.

And if you know me, you know how strange it felt to skip my morning yoga! 😂 But sometimes taking care of yourself means knowing when not to push.

More than anything, I’m incredibly THANKFUL that I’m here, I’m okay, and I get another day with my family, my work and all of you.

I’m hoping to see my sweet customers at this weekend, but I’m going to listen to my body first. If I need a little more recovery time, I’ll post an update.
