Alright, so I'm always getting asked how I grow my hair so long and luscious, like it's a freak occurrence or something💁🏼‍♀️

Today I'm gonna spill the beans, and yes, my hair products and routine are part of it, but let's be real, genetics and my daily diet play a big role too.

THIS IS WHAT WORKS FOR ME;

1. Wiley’s Wild Alaskan fish oil Omega 3 PEAK DHA- it’s not only good for your brain and muscles but also your hair! I take this DAILY!

2. Vitamin D3 DAILY, 10,000 IUI’s

3. Water, water, water… 80+ ounces DAILY

4. PROTEIN… 100+ grams DAILY

5. NO ALCOHOL EVER! Yes, drinking alcohol can affect your hair growth. It can damage the hair follicles and impair other factors of the hair growth cycle. I quit drinking years ago, it pays off in so many ways!

6. Professional shampoo & conditioner, I CAN’T STRESS ON THIS ENOUGH. For the life of me, I cannot understand why people would not condition their hair… when you shampoo only and don’t condition you are leaving your cuticle wide open to be destroyed by the atmosphere & hot tools.

7. Detangle your hair every night before bed and oil your ends. This ensures that any tangles or mats that have formed throughout the day will not worsen overnight and pull hair out in the morning.

8. Never go to bed with your hair wet. When hair is damp, it is not as strong, and the elasticity is not as strong when it’s wet & it can snap in your sleep.

9. It’s up to you, what you put into your body comes out in your hair. A well balanced diet has so many benefits.
