Hi you guys. It feels like time for a little reintroduction because we have grown around here and I never want to assume you know my heart.
I’m Heather Wallish. Founder of HW Method in Frisco, Texas. Wife for 15 years, married for 10. Mama to two girls who keep me grounded, slightly sarcastic, and very aware that I am not actually in control of anything 😂
Faith filled. Manifesting & Big dreaming. Slightly chaotic but make it organized. Pray with me, don’t play with me type of energy.
I grew up in competitive cheer, which explains why I am forever a hype woman. I will celebrate you loudly and push you when you forget who you are. That discipline and fire followed me into bodybuilding for a season of life, where I learned what the body is truly capable of with commitment and consistency.
But over time my perspective shifted.
Looking strong is one thing. Feeling good in your body is another.
That is when I fell in love with the lymphatic system and holistic healing. I saw how powerful it is for inflammation, post op recovery, detoxing and true internal wellness. It felt like the missing piece between fitness and feeling whole.
HW Method was built from that place.
