Our founder, Orville Haye, was honored to participate in a panel discussion at the Black Collective AMBER Graduation.
During the conversation, he shared how some of the greatest growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. Although public speaking isn’t his favorite thing to do, he believes real growth happens when we push beyond fear and embrace new challenges. He also encouraged entrepreneurs to avoid building in isolation and instead tap into the strength of community, mentorship, and shared experiences.
The AMBER program has been instrumental in his journey—helping shape not only stronger business systems and strategies, but an even stronger entrepreneurial mindset.
