Prevention is Powerful.
Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) assists the body in many ways by moving the lymph fluid out of stagnation (especially flushing lymph from the liver, lung pleura & spleen) that can cause pain, inflammation, disease & congestion. Think of the lymph system as the sewage system of your body that is removing toxins & pathogens, etc. out of the body. Imagine what happens when that toxic, thick fluid sits in our tissues & organs? It’s like not flushing our toilet! Yuck.😝
We want the lymph to flow like a clear, pristine river. So, drink plenty of purified water & consider booking an LDT session!
