Ahhhhh, i was in my happy place this past weekend where I got to learn all things reflexology🩷. I attended an amazing reflexology class for massage therapists . - and it jumped started my love and passion for this healing modality again. A refresher class of things I already knew and also filled with so much new information not only covering the feet 👣, but also the hands🙌 and ear points 🎶. I’m happy to incorporate into any massage or add an extra 30min after the massage , or just do a full reflexology session on its own… ✨🙌. I’m practicing lots on Mike and Raine , but would love to work on you all as well ✨✨✨💆‍♀️☮️🩷🥰. Massage+ reflexology + hot stones +essential oils + tuning forks = heaven ☮️ ✨🙏☮️🙌

Happy New Years Eve, everyone. ✨️. Lately, these precious tiny toes are the only massages I've been giving. 🙌 And as much as it fills my heart with joy, I am also very ready to start massaging all of you again! ❤️. cheers to 2024 and all the magic it may bring ✨️ 🙌

It's been one week with this little wiggle worm, snuggle bug. Little baby Raine made her entrance into the world on 10/15. She is so, so sweet and so very loved. She is my gold at the end of the rainbow 🌈 ✨️

Gosh, Ive been soo lucky and extremely grateful to have been able to work until this point in my pregnancy, 🙌 🙌 but it's finally time to take a break until little baby girl arrives 🥰 and that being said it's the last week of working in my beautiful massage space.... very bittersweet. Such special moments & memories these past 4 years, but now it's on to bigger adventures and new spaces. I'll keep you all posted on when I return from maternity leave. Im so blessed to be going through pregnancy with one of my dearest friends. Today was her last massage before sweet baby boy is due- hopefully it sends her straight Into labor 🥰 🙌 🩵✨️. (26weeks and 39weeks pregnant)
