Progress report for one of my amazing bridal clients and local business boss Sarah Montgomery 🥰

Combination of inflamed and non-inflamed at initial assessment — non inflamed acne is one of the more difficult forms of acne to treat and often can have a substantial and elongated purging process. This client took ALL advice on products, treatments and made necessary at-home self care additions. Her tx plan consisted of SkinPen®, dermaplaning and specific peels at very specific intervals and strengths with a routine focused on soothing inflammation.

We are now mainly addressing PIE with 4 weeks to spare before her wedding date! So so happy with where we ended up. The overall clearing process took roughly 6 months overall as acne can take weeks to months to form beneath the surface of the skin. As the skin turns over, more lesions are brought to the surface and this cycle continues until all that is hidden begins to heal. This coupled with stress of planning a wedding, daily obligations PLUS running a business — there are a lot of variables but we really committed you guys 😮‍💨

Updated progress report 📸 Something I love about microneedling is that the results continue for several months, each session building upon the next. And even when we pause treatments, the skin is STILL remodeling, rebuilding, HEALING.

Loving what we’ve accomplished — substantially reduced acne scarring, PIE, texture and his frequency of breakouts has reduced. Acne scarring revision takes time, it just does — but it’s attainable. This has come with a consistent treatment series and having quite honestly a pretty simple but solid skincare routine.

I got to give this beautiful lady a Glacial® Skin gloss today 🥰 because us esti’s need pampering too. 🫶🤎

Hi friends! I have some important updates to my schedule and availability, so please take a moment to read. This only for my schedule specifically, not Madelyn’s.

🤎 New Hours
Beginning immediately, my in-office hours will be limited to Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and one Saturday per month. As a solo owner and provider, I also dedicate time to maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, handling admin tasks, and processing all of your wonderful orders. Reducing my hours will allow me to continue providing the level of care and attention you deserve.

If you’re an existing client, I highly recommend booking 2–3 appointments in advance to help us stay on schedule and ensure availability.

Due to the highly personalized and involved care I provide, I will now be accepting new in-office clients for *microneedling treatments only*.

🤎 Clients seeking help with acne, pigmentation, aging, or other corrective concerns are welcome to work with me through my upcoming virtual skin coaching program. Membership options will include varying levels of support, with offerings such as customized skincare, monthly follow-ups, direct text access, FaceTime check-ins, and curated at-home treatment kits delivered to your door.

Each photo taken after a full dermaplane and peel treatment (the second one was even spicier than the first 👀). Her rosacea is responding BEAUTIFULLY. She was sprinkling in a different rosacea product from another line elsewhere that was not quite fitting the mold — so we switched her back to a Circadia product that has been a consistent magic wand for our rosacea folks.

We have done monthly dermaplaning, SkinPen® and now Glacial® Skin treatments and specifically selected peels and facials to accomplish this goal. Texture is also significantly improved. We will continue on her acne scar journey with more microneedling and medium depth peels are planned for the fall 😍 Wedding ready here we come!

We started with microneedling, and have now moved into some brightening peels to do some refinements specifically to target her PIE and made a modification to her active — swapping out for one of our favorite triple blend products to address inflammation, redness and the bacteria components of acne.

She mainly is affected by the marks left behind with some breakouts that are occasionally popping through. But SIGNIFICANTLY reduced redness and even overall edemas appearance caused by severely inflamed acne. It never ceases to amaze me when we do progress pics.
