Drum roll please…. We are opening Monday, August 31st!! After careful consideration and approval based on the Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines, we’re excited to let you know that we are reopening. Your health and safety are our #1 priority. Teammates conduct regular and thorough cleaning of all equipment, surfaces, and areas of the club and regularly complete overnight deep cleaning. Our teammates also continue to have your back with new disinfectant sprayer backpacks and more. We can’t wait to see you!

In accordance with local requirements, masks are required for members and guests at all times and wellness checks are necessary prior to check-in. Download the free Planet Fitness app in advance so you can have a touchless check-in and answer necessary wellness questions via the app.

As a reminder, your membership was frozen when your club closed June 29th and you were not charged any fees while the club was closed. While we are reopening on August 31, please know that your billing will not resume until on or around September 17.

Given the Governor's direction for all Arizona gyms to close in an effort to reduce community spread, we will be closing at 8 p.m. Monday, June 29 until further notice.

Don’t worry, while we are closed, we’ve got your back! Your membership will be frozen and you will not be charged any fees while the club is closed. We will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle when your club reopens for any unused days that you have previously paid for. You'll be the first to know when we are able to reopen and, we look forward to welcoming you back to the club as soon as possible!

We’re extending our hours! Starting Monday, June 29th we will be open and staffed 4am to 10pm Monday through Friday and 6am through 8pm Saturday and Sunday. Please see club for more information.

We are planning on opening Thursday, June 4th. After careful consideration and guidance from local officials that gyms are able to reopen, we're excited to let you know that we’re reopening. As always, the safety of our team and members is our top priority, and we’ve been working hard to get ready to welcome you back and provide you with the clean, sanitary, and judgement free workout experience you love. We can’t wait to see you!

Please know that your billing will not resume until on or around July 17, as we will apply your previously paid March dues payment to June membership dues. If your Annual Fee was scheduled to be billed on the 1st of April, May, June or July, those fees will not be billed until August 1. Moving forward, your Annual Fee will revert back to its original date. For other billing questions, please reach out to your club directly.
