If I only had 20 minutes to workout AND feel stillness in my body, this is what I would do.
This sequence is a perfect balance of strength and stretch.
Too often we think we need to push harder, but harder often times means force. The body works better when you meet it with kindness and then find an edge to build strength.

Yes, Yoga is wonderful as a physical practice. It’s made me stronger. It’s made me more flexible.
But what Yoga has really done for me, has made me stronger in my spirit!
The spirit affects the body and the body affects the spirit. Yoga brings that connection.
Yoga helps me to remember to breathe and remember that I am a spiritual being having a human experience.
It helps me to keep life in perspective, to recognize God as my creator, and remember that He has all things in his hands.
Combining breath with mindful movement helps to align my body, mind and spirit.

I try to do an Open House each year where all the classes are free all week. I can’t wait!
