Now, they bring those gifts together to support health, healing, and everyday wellness from seed to soul.
Living with autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis, gut, liver and kidney issues has changed me in ways I never expected.
There are days filled with flare-ups causing many hospital visits and procedures. Days when I’m exhausted and my body simply won’t let me do the things I want to do and being bed ridden for days/weeks.
Along the way, I started noticing that some of the everyday products I was using like body washes, shampoos and lotions seemed to make my flare-ups worse with rashes and sever swelling. Many of the listed ingredients were actually toxic.
It made me realize that what I put ON my body deserves just as much attention as what I put IN it.
This caused me to learn, test and create natural products using organic goats milk, herbs and botanicals grown right in my sister’s garden. 🌱 From growing, harvesting, reiki infused and then grounded into powder or infused in oils to create Hippy Latina products.
Products that feel good, natural ingredients that we understand and support the way I’m trying to care for my body, rather than work against it.
Because I know what it feels like to have your body work against you. I know how exhausting it can be. And if something I created can bring even a little comfort to someone who is also dealing with autoimmune issues, sensitive skin, flare-ups, or simply trying to be more mindful about what they use on their body then I feel like I’m doing something meaningful. 💜
This journey has taught me to slow down, listen to my body, and be kinder to myself — and hopefully, share a little of that kindness with others too.

Standing here together on land that has been passed down through our family, now held by our mother, feels like standing in the footsteps of those who came before us.
As sisters, we feel deeply connected to the women and ancestors who walked this earth before us. We are reminded that what we build today can become part of the legacy we leave for those who come after us.
