This is a 75 minute massage combining the soothing warmth of hot stones with invigorating sensation of cold stones!🔥❄️

Hot stones encourage vasodilation, helping blood vessels widen and increasing blood flow to the area.
Cold stones encourage vasoconstriction, causing blood vessels to narrow. Alternating between warm and cold creates a stimulating contrast that may support circulation and help refresh tired, tense muscles.

Throughout your session, I’ll also incorporate peppermint oil + clove oil for an invigorating, aromatic experience that complements the hot-and-cold therapy.

I’m excited to now offer Myofascial Release, a slow, intentional bodywork technique that works with the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding your muscles and structures—to help ease tension, improve mobility, and support your body’s natural alignment.

Unlike traditional massage, no cream or oil is used. The technique is performed through comfortable, sustained pressure and gentle stretching, allowing for more precise work with the fascial tissues.

Benefits may include:
• Reduced muscle and fascial tension
• Improved range of motion and flexibility
• Relief from chronic aches and tightness
• Better body awareness and posture
• A greater sense of ease and relaxation

Your therapist may hold a specific area for a period of time, gradually inviting the tissue to soften and lengthen, or guide you through small movements while applying pressure. The sensation can feel deep yet gentle, and many clients describe it as a gradual “letting go” rather than the rhythmic rubbing of a traditional massage.

This work is intentionally slow and responsive—we don’t force the body - we work with it and listen to it. ✨

So what exactly is lymphatic drainage?
Your lymphatic system is a network of vessels and lymph nodes that helps move fluid throughout your body. It’s our body’s waste management system. Unlike your cardiovascular system, your lymphatic system doesn’t have a heart to pump it — it relies on things like movement, muscle contractions, breathing and gentle external stimulation to help lymph flow. 🌿

✨ FUN FACT: Lymphatic vessels are located very close to the surface of your skin, which is why lymphatic drainage uses very light, rhythmic, intentional pressure rather than deep pressure. While receiving lymphatic drainage treatments, keep in mind abdominal work is crucial for this treatment to work the way it should due to our core housing major lymph nodes.
