With over 11 years of experience in massage therapy and 20+ years in the medical field as a medical assistant, I bring a mix of clinical knowledge, intuitive bodywork, and a calming presence to every session.

I specialize in Swedish massage, deep tissue, assisted stretching, sports recovery, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and targeted pain relief. Every session is tailored to what your body needs that day.

My goal is simple: to help you leave feeling lighter, moving better, less tense, and more connected to your body.
