For the first 48 hours, your skin is more sensitive, so give it a little extra love by avoiding: ☀️ Direct sun exposure 💦 Heavy workouts or excessive sweating 🛁 Hot baths, hot tubs, and saunas 🏊 Swimming
After 48 hours, it's time to help your skin stay smooth: ✨ Gently exfoliate 2–3 times a week 🧴 Moisturize daily 👙 Wear breathable underwear and clothing when possible 🧴 Apply SPF 30+ to any sugared areas that will be exposed to the sun
