Eight years ago, we met Amy during a difficult time—
when Bruce’s dad was in rehab after his stroke.
She was his occupational therapist.
What started there became a friendship…
and over time, a relationship with our salon.
She’s been with us ever since.
This week, she brought in her daughter for her very first haircut—
and asked Teresa to be the one to do it.
Moments like this don’t happen by accident.
They’re built over time…through trust, care, and connection.
