The Board Meeting:

Every good business needs a meeting, even when the entire staff is me 😂

This is where I sit down and really think about the direction of NailDealerr — new services I want to offer, pricing, client experience, retention, upcoming specials and what I can do to make booking with me even better.

Running a nail business isn’t just doing nails. There’s a lot of planning that happens behind the scenes before the client ever sits in my chair.

Fully Booked.

Staying booked doesn’t happen by accident. Some weeks are busy some are slow.

I’m constantly working on ways to keep my schedule moving — posting consistently, showing my work, creating specials, encouraging returning clients, keeping up with my booking site, promoting my services and making sure my clients have a reason to come back.

The goal isn’t just to get a new client. The goal is to build a clientele that stays.

Inventory Day.

Before I can do the nails, I have to make sure I actually have what I need 😂

Inventory days are for checking what’s running low, unpacking orders, organizing products and making sure I’m stocked on everything from acrylic and polish to paper towels, implements, brushes and sanitation supplies.

I try to stay ahead of my inventory instead of waiting until I’m completely out of something. Because running out of a supplies in the middle of a busy week? Um absolutely not 😐
