Markle_Beauty policy 2022

A CARD MUST BE PUT OF FILE TO BOOK

Please know at MARKLE_BEAUTY my number one priority is giving you beautiful hair AND still maintaining healthy hair. If I as the professional believe the process of a chemical service may damage or decrease/change the integrity of your hair, I will deny that service and I will suggest other options for your hair. MARKLE_BEAUTY will NOT be responsible for any damaged hair. As well as NOT responsible for any color corrections that may cause damage due to client being untruthful about what is on their hair when asked. A CARD MUST BE PUT OF FILE

POLICY:*IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OR ARE A NO SHOW OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR FULL APPOINTMENT. *IF YOU ARE 15+ MINS LATE YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN AND HAVE TO PAY 50% OF YOUR APPOINTMENT* this is important because I’m back to back booked and I’ve allotted time for your appointment and sanitation... I don’t like to have to run into others scheduled appointments. *IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS YOU WILL OWE 25%. *IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS YOU WILL OWE 25%. Ideally I’d like to fill your appointment spot but sometimes it’s not enough time to allow others to move their schedules around. This fee does NOT go toward future appointments. Your card will be charged. If a card isn’t already on file an invoice will be sent to you. You must pay before being rescheduled. Your time is precious as well as mine. As always I appreciate each one of you for supporting my small business!
