✨Meet Renew Hair Stylist Braidee Creamer.

Hi, my name is Braidee Rose. I have been homeschooled my whole life which has allowed me to spend time at this amazing salon since it opened in 2014 as my mom worked in the office. I have loved the atmosphere here at Renew from day one and have longed for the day that I could work along side of Christina. That day arrived in November when I graduated from cosmetology school and passed my boards. My passion in this industry is doing any type of color. Services also include head spa and mini facials. I love seeing the smiles on my client’s face when they see their hair transformation. I also love doing women’s cuts. I was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. Some of my favorite hobbies are hanging out with my friends and family, working out, spending time in God’s Word, and visiting different coffee shops! Hit me up for any of your hair needs. Christina here, the owner and founder of Renew. Here is the full story of how Renew came about!!!

The Full Story:
“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” PSALM 51:10 KJV
Renew started as a prayer and a verse.

In 2012, Christina Carroll felt it was time. She’d spent more than two decades behind the chair, trained by one of the best stylists in Greenville. She always believed she’d open her own salon someday. She just thought it would be later.

Then timing changed. She prayed on it. Soon after, her father-in-law mentioned a house for rent that she drove past every morning on her way to work. It was already a salon, and that was her sign.
The name came from a verse she’d carried for years, Psalm 51:10. “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” Renew. Not a brand she dreamed up. A word she prayed.

In 2014, Renew opened, in that little house. Six chairs and a cozy feel. Before the doors opened, the whole team gathered inside and prayed over the building. They asked the Lord to bless every person who walked through the door. That prayer is still the point.

Twelve years later, fast forward to today, Renew has grown into a twelve chair salon next door, with head spa treatments, scalp and hair restoration care, and a team that mentors the next generation of stylists. The chairs changed. The hearts didn’t.

Renew is more than a salon. It’s a place to be renewed. You walk in carrying whatever the week handed you. You leave lighter, cared for, and more like yourself. The hair is real work, and we’re good at it. But the hair was never the whole point. In 2026 we celebrated 12 years. 🙌 thank you Lord for guiding our steps!!

🎗️Free Haircuts for Cancer Patients & Survivors | Hair Donation Drive |  — The BeYoutiful Foundation is proud to announce a heartwarming community event in honor of cancer warriors everywhere. On Monday, October 19, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Renew Salon will open its doors to host a special day of giving, beauty, and hope.

Event Highlights:
* FREE haircuts for all cancer patients
* FREE haircuts for cancer survivors
* FREE haircuts for those donating 10 inches or more of hair
* Half of the proceeds from other haircut clients will be donated to the BeYOUtiful Foundation. 
This event is part of the BeYoutiful Foundation’s mission to support women affected by cancer—restoring confidence and dignity one haircut at a time.
“We believe in beauty through strength,” said a spokesperson from the BeYoutiful Foundation. “This event is about more than just hair. It’s about community, compassion, and creating a safe space for healing and empowerment.”
