My Nail Restoration Journey

These are my own nails.

On October 26, I noticed a small lifting caused by pressure and nail trauma.
At that moment, I made the mistake of covering it with gel… and that actually made it worse.

By December, when I removed the gel, I could clearly see the damage had progressed.
That’s when I decided to leave the nail natural and start focusing on proper care.

The photo on the left is from January 28.
The photo on the right is my progress after 6 weeks, using the K+Mullins Protocol.

On October 26, I noticed a small lifting on my big toenail caused by pressure and nail trauma.

At that moment I made the mistake of covering the area with gel polish, which stayed on until December. Unfortunately, that made the situation worse.

When I finally removed the gel in December, I realized the nail had deteriorated more than I expected. From that moment, I decided to leave the nail completely natural, without polish.

The before photo you see here is from January, after removing everything.
At the end of January, I started working on my nails using the K+Mullins Protocol, focusing on deep nail care and restoration.

This is part of my personal progress, and it’s the reason why I now offer at Solstice Spa:

Completé mi certificación en Manicure Clínico y me voy profundamente agradecida.
