I’ve been working out consistently since 2015. I got pregnant in 2019, went through all the changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum, and rebuilt myself the old-fashioned way: calorie deficit, high-protein diet, lifting weights, consistency, patience… and a whole lot of discipline.

But getting older taught me something: my mind might still think I’m 25, but my recovery time started sending strongly worded emails. 😂

In 2024, I started learning about peptides and became fascinated by the science behind recovery, healing, body composition, performance, and longevity. I incorporated peptides into what I was already doing, and for me, that was when things started to feel different. I felt like I could recover better and keep up with the lifestyle I’d worked so hard to build.

Peptides didn’t magically create the body in the second picture. Years of training did.

And they definitely didn’t replace discipline.
