Active Bitterroot Physical Therapy

Years of baby and toddler carriers. So many snacks. And it finally paid off! These kids were champs and apparently like to hike now! ⛰️🥾

Who said Pilates was easy? I love how I can modify the Pilates chair to either challenge my athletes or to assist clients with a new movement pattern. It’s a super versatile piece for individualized care

Lots of uses for my reformer! With the jumping board on, it can be great for return to sport. Getting this guy ready for pickleball and soccer after a knee injury.

I love treating feet.

I’m back! After a year of surfing and sunshine in Mexico, I am happy to be back in the bitterroot valley and to see some familiar faces! My new PT clinic is OPEN and I’m so excited to share my new rehab tools with you

Equipment is going up in the new PT clinic in Hamilton, MT! I CAN NOT wait to introduce my clients to these amazing rehab tools!

Sending warm vibes from Mexico! Don’t forget to warm up before getting out on the trails. Keep posting those ski pics! I am thinking of you all while surfing and laying on the beach 🏝️ 🏄‍♀️

I’m still away in Mexico for the year, but I’ve been working on a passion project to help aging athletes with low back pain. I don’t think AI will be replacing PT’s anytime soon 😂
