Good afternoon everyone. I figured we would address the elephant in the room. The old saying goes, “there’s two sides to every story”, so here’s ours.
It has been stated that our salon has not shown good customer service to a customer when we in fact did offer multiple options to remedy the situation. The client was even offered to come in this Thursday morning with the owner and still declined.

Mistakes or no mistakes the client was offered to find a solution to this. No one is perfect, but this situation was handled the best way we knew how. Here’s our receipts on our end, and the first screen shot is from a family member of the client telling us this clients true character and to stand up for what actually happened.

Happy Friday everyone! I know it’s happened fast but in a few months it will be Christmas time again, I know crazy right?! Just an announcement to plan ahead, Locks & Loaded will be doing a toy drive again this year for Hope’s Closet and all donations go to help foster families! Last year we had a tremendously large donation and it would be awesome to see it doubled for them this year!
With the new bigger location I think we can do awesome for our friends at Hope’s Closet! So keep a look out for updates leading up to the holidays ❤️

Today, we’re celebrating the land of the free because of the brave. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of the men and women who have served and those who continue to serve our country.
