Thankfully my health has been getting so much better since seeing the last rheumatologist!! So I think we are on the right track with it being a severe systemic allergy to bactrim (sulfa). 👏

However, in the midst of all of this and to make a long story short, the complications I was having before my partial hysterectomy are back. It is unrelated to whats been happening this year and has slowly been coming back over the last year. My new doctor and I think its best to go in and remove more, but he is confident we will get it all this time! 🤞🤞

My surgery date will be December 3rd and I will be taking 2-4 weeks off. He wants me off for 4 weeks for massage, but thinks if I am feeling up to it, I can come back after 2 weeks for nails. I will be contacting everyone that I have scheduled during that time to move things around the best I can.

This year has been a rough one for me medically. So here's to hoping after this surgery, and as I slowly get better from my allergic reaction, that 2027 will start off on a better note! ❤️❤️

Update!

A lot of you have been asking for an update on how I am feeling. And I am happy to say, I'M FEELING GREAT! Or at least way better than before! I saw a wonderful rheumatologist at UNMC for a 2nd opinion a few weeks ago as I was still experiencing symptoms, and in her opinion, she wants to give it more time based on all of my normal tests/xrays. She thinks I may still be experiencing a severe systemic allergic reaction to the sulfa antibiotic I was on back in May. Apparently severe allergic reactions to medications can take MONTHS to heal. 😭 But after some research, it explains 99% of my symptoms, and my long term symptoms I have had for years can be explained better from other causes, especially after the most recent tests. So for now, we wait and see. But I am already feeling a lot better. Fingers crossed it keeps heading in the right direction. 🤞🤞

Retail is stocked and we are available to swing by all morning and off and on this afternoon! I have a full stock of Hempz lotions and body and cuticle serums made by yours truly! 🥰 only a few sleepbound sprays and a few facial serums left! 🙌
