Two Toes Up is owned and operated by Christie S. Carpenter, MTI, and has been established since 2007 I don't do a lot of spa techniques.
I'm considered a "working person's" type of massage therapist. But I do use a lot of elbow grease. Happy Independence weekend!!
The judge is on vacation likely until July 15th, so if you do something legally stupid, you may sit in the pokey for a week and a half.
Also, use a CEMENT BLOCK NOT YOUR DAMN HANDS, to hold a firecracker you just lit. For some of you, this is the last weekend with all your fingers, because you'll roll your eyes and do it anyway.

Not listening to your tears when you try to get in last minute and I'm covered up with everyone else who got in line, waited their turn and you're trying to cut to the front.
Nobody wants to play with the stinky kid in class....wash your butts, crevices, pits, and feet with SOAP. Ain't nobody want to smell you in July because you're cleansing with sweat. WEAR DEODORANT!!! And if you come in here with nasty sandal feet, and I have to wash them, I'm charging you for that. And it won't be cheap either. Auntie Christabelle is NOT THE MOMMA and isn't making you presentable.

While ya'll slept thru the crazy humidity on Saturday, May 30th, 2026, I went out and did half marathon #120 at Branson Bacon Race.
I'm not gonna say it was easy. It wasn't.
I'm not gonna say it felt good to run in that heat/humidity. It didn't.
But I got it done at 50 yrs old.
Quit crying that its too hot or you're too outta shape.
Go to the gym or go outside and DO SOMETHING.
Couch potatoes age faster than the movers and the shakers!!

Finished the Golden Driller half marathon #119 last Saturday. It was unreasonably cool....but the wind was terrible.
Managed it. Grateful for the cooler temps.
Headed out for a few days to play dulcimer in Mtn View.
Out of the office Weds thru Friday, April 22nd-24th, 2026. Back at work Monday, April 27th, 2026.
