Three Stars Barber

My journey has never simply been about building a business; it has been about building something that can change lives.

I had the privilege of sitting down with Jamaicans Thriving Abroad to share the journey behind Powell Mental Health: growing up in Jamaica, navigating life and entrepreneurship abroad, challenging the stigma surrounding mental health in Caribbean communities, and building a vision centered on culturally responsive care, prevention, and wellness.

One message I hope stays with you: Your beginning does not determine the boundaries of your impact.

What started as a vision has grown into a mission to help individuals, families, professionals, and communities find the courage to grow and the power to be well—across cultures and borders.

Watch the full conversation on YouTube and share it with someone building a dream of their own. https://youtu.be/C3M0O9tprL4?is=I6dvQ9PKOU9wq-hB
