An Update on Van: His femur is officially healed, and he is finally back in a recruit platoon! We are back in the thick of things and preparing for his Marine Corps graduation this August. Your texts and good vibes are working—thank you for riding these waves with us!

Heading out to my last Friday class in my Kundalini teacher training. I littlerallyhave no words for jow this moment feels to be on the cusp of becoming a certified Kundalini instructor. The time and dedication I have poured into myself as I follow this life path laid out infront of me has at times killed me, but in the most beautiful ways.
