If you wanna look like this, you gotta trust the professionals.
With so many AI hair inspo pics and misinformation on social media, there truly isn't anyone who can replace your hairstylist (including a DIY box of hair dye)
But to reiterate: the first slide is achieved by a custom balayage, NOT a box of hair dye 🤣
The point in the moving where I just needed to MOVE myself 😂
There's no other way to show how PUMPED (and slightly losing it) I am to see PRISM grow the way that it has the past few years.
The only thing that comes close is bumpin' it to some Ne-Yo 🤪

I've been really following through on my promise to myself of putting effort into how I look every day, and I've been feeling the best I've felt in a long time.
Showing up, throwin' on a fit and some glam and feeling good about yourself every day will only help you grow in whatever role you're in or hope to be in 🫶🏼
Don't let me fool you, this is my brain 16 hours a day/7 days a week 😂
Editing is sooo important when showcasing your work as a stylist.
Which version do you like better, raw or edited? 🔥🤣 (I hope y'all know I am KIDDING, GOSH!)
And somehow 1TB STILL isn't enough?? I be payin' for that extra cloud storage, I need apple to have a phone specifically for us hair stylists 😂

April was a craaazy month but SUCH a good one.
A few snafus with the new space (to be expected), but we’re still obsessed with every square inch.
The team is already thriving and jumping right into hosting education sessions, which makes me SO proud.
Outside of all things PRISM 2.0, here are a few of my favorite looks from April!

Education changed EVERYTHING for me.
When I was starting out in the industry, I took every class I could find and afford. Pretty much for 3 years straight I was taking a class every month, either local or traveling for it. I just wanted to get better as fast as I could.
So now, I make sure my team has access to education and mentorship without those same barriers.
Our team here is always learning and growing together, and whenever I can, I make that education free, easy, and on the spot. And we have such a solid group of people who want to help each other as well :)
Because no stylist should feel stuck just because they don’t have access!

Is it just me… or do all salon husbands somehow become the unofficial maintenance/project manager/carpentry crew? 🤣
I know me owning 2 salons wasn't in my hubby's bingo card of marriage 😂
But seriously, PRISM 2.0 wouldn’t be what it is without my husband and mother-in-law putting in serious work behind the scenes. Custom retail shelves, client shelving at stations, color storage unite, floating stations, painting, wallpaper, the list goes on!
