Every August I always encourage my clients to try a little something new.

Summer is winding down and that means less cocktails with mini umbrellas and more days at the office. That doesn't have to be a bad thing though!

💫 Never stop learning. Life is a journey of new starts that make you wiser and stronger each time.

💫 It’s okay to eat chocolate every day. I mean, why wouldn’t you 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s the most delicious food group! Lol

💫 Surround yourself with people who inspire you, celebrate your wins and are there for you when you need a listening ear. But most importantly, make sure you are that person in return 😘

Seriously!! I know it seems like a blowout or endless flat ironing or that same old pony again is the best option, but a well done wave can be adjusted and maintained for up to three days!!
