✨ Important Update + Friendly Reminder ✨

Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates and reminders.

First, all appointments must be booked through my online booking site. This is the best way to secure your spot and helps me stay organized while juggling every part of running my business. You can also book your next appointment in person before leaving the salon if that’s easier for you.

Please remember — if you do need help booking, feel free to reach out, but kindly do so during normal business hours (not at midnight 🫣).

Now for the update: the booking site recently went through major updates. I believe most of the kinks have been worked out, but here’s what you should know:
✅ You should always receive a confirmation message right after booking.
✅ You’ll also get reminder messages the day before and the day of your appointment.
If you don’t get these, your appointment likely didn’t go through. This issue affected a few clients over the past few weeks, but support has assured me the latest update has fixed it.

All existing appointments that have already been made are still valid — there’s no need to rebook.

I’m incredibly sorry if you were one of the unlucky ones affected by the booking glitch, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while it was being resolved.

To all of my amazing clients — thank you for being so loyal, kind, and flexible as my clientele has grown faster than I ever imagined! I’ll be the first to admit I’m human — a very real, messy, scatterbrained one at that 😅 — but I’m constantly working to improve the organization side of my business.

I can slay some hair and lashes, but I’m still learning how to juggle it all. Thank you all for the continued love, grace, and support 💛
