Quick message for our new clients🗣️
If your a new client you have to book in the new client section only there is no other service to book, reason why is that you are getting your whole look transformed so if we’re relaxing your hair, cutting, coloring etc. then that’s considered a transformation. The service that you’ll be booking for is our new client “Big Chop Transformation Combo” and is located at the very top of our menu on the website.This service includes everything you may need in your scheduled appointment and so we don’t run into another’s client’s appointment. Our appointments are timed out but the services you’ll be receiving so it’s imperative that your booking is correct because you’ll be with us for a little while and it gives the stylists a heads up on how we may need to service you. Lastly after you schedule your appointment request please make sure that you pay your invoice/deposit immediately so that your appointment is accepted. Failure to pay your deposit will result in the request being cancelled.
