I've occasionally sharpened a Giantmouse pocket knife but today was the first time a customer brought one of their kitchen line. What a treat to see and to work on! If you don't know Giantmouse is a great company that has an office and a showroom right here in Lansing.

Guys farmers markets are absolutely loaded with beautiful Michigan produce right now! Get out and get some while the gettings good.

This is my pocket knife tune-up kit I carry everywhere. Goof off pro remover to clean off any gunk. Mini screwdriver set to make sure all the screws are nice and snug. Spray gun nozzle brush set to clean lint and dirt out of crevices and some high quality Blue L**e lubricant to keep your pivot running smoothly. These are services I do to every pocket knife that comes across my bench at no extra charge whatsoever. Man nothing beats cooking up a nice meal with veggies straight from the garden sliced up with a nice sharp knife. I will never understand people that settle for dull kitchen utensils.

This isn't until next month but I wanted to start getting the word out. I spoke with the manager at the Allen Farmers Market and they were able to get a spot for me at their annual Tomato Festival which will be August 19th 3-6:30. This is one of my favorite markets and it's been a minute since I've been able to stop there so I'm very excited to be back!! 🙏
