Please help me give a warm welcome to Polly, who is officially starting her esthetician apprenticeship with me TODAY! 🥹🤍

Over the next chapter of her journey, Polly will be learning all things skin, beauty, and esthetics as she works toward becoming a licensed esthetician! I am so excited to mentor her, share my knowledge, and watch her grow in this industry!

Coming back from Brand Events, Conferences, and honestly any business trips always leaves me so inspired and invigorated.

When this sweet client first came to see me, I wanted to put her on my go to Face Reality Clear Skin Method (still customized to her skins sensitivity level) but she was hesitant & nervous because she told me she had been on FR before but it had left her dry, irritated & made her acne worse.

We started off with baby steps. I focused on barrier repair and mild actives from different lines. Shortly after, we both started seeing improvement but her skin was ready for more. I asked her if she'd be willing to trust me and try Face Reality again, but MY WAY. Not the way she used it prior. She agreed.

Within weeks her skin started clearing so much! We have continued to manage it over the last year. (Because acne is managed, not cured.)

And you guysssss... she is now off to Esthi school in the states!🥹🥹 I'm so proud of her!🫶
