Many years in the gym comes with great wisdom along the way. Quick tip for you to apply to every lift on chest day! From cables all the way to barbells make sure you have proper elbow alignment to force the tension to the chest and not the rest!! Hopefully this gem will bless you like it has me! Have a blessed Sunday everyone!

Competition tomorrow. Please pray that God can be glorified in this. That I can bring hope and joy to those in need. Inspiration in dark times for others. Jesus is always the answer. Once the Holy Spirit enters your life nothing will ever be the same. So powerful that I wake up every day and spend all day praising God for being such a good Father to me. He is truly the Great I AM. The Lord is with us!!!

Feeling super thankful to have the opportunity to compete and do it with a glad heart. I’m excited to see what God has in store for me. Getting pretty tough some days, but I’m sure I got this! Just one prayer away during my toughest battles to ensure we get it done!!! Let’s go!!!!

The desire to believe in such a big God that everything compared to Him becomes so small you never get pulled astray. Constantly focused on Him who gives us hope and rest. Praise Jesus for this front row seat to the throne of God.

6 weeks to go. Couldn’t be more excited!! Feeling blessed and thankful that I’m able to do this. Hopefully I can inspire one person to workout and seek Christ through my journey! That’s the goal! Shine through me Lord!

Currently just under 7 weeks out from my show on Oahu! Feeling great and definitely prepared. I also did some serious filming for my online training program I’m creating! It’s going to take some time but with God I know he will do great things with it. Make God #1 in your life and watch your life take flight! God always gets the Glory. I could do nothing apart from him!

Sunday is for God, My Wife, and something great outdoors. Every week I try my best to clear my Sunday so I can focus on them. Really is a blessing to us both!

Great quote I heard today. Where your focus goes, energy flows. What are you focusing on? What’s your top 3 priorities in life? So important to have a definite aim about what you want. Pray about, find it, and do it with all the strength God gives you.

Happy Mother’s Day Mom. Very thankful to say that I always had a mother who truly loved us growing up. She was always there to help and if I ever had a question about anything good or bad I felt free to come to her and she would share great wisdom every time. Thanks for filling me with love all these years Mom. I love you😘❤️
