Massage changed my career.

It all adds up.

Take a few minutes to try the Progressive Muscle Relaxation Routine

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Start with your feet: Inhale and tense the muscles in your feet for a count
of 5.
Exhale and quickly release the tension, feeling the muscles relax
completely.
Move up to your calves, thighs, abdomen, arms, shoulders, and face,
repeating the tensing and releasing process.
Spend about 30 seconds on each muscle group, focusing on the contrast
between tension and relaxation

but now it’s been 3 weeks, 3 months, or 3 years 😅

Here’s the truth:

It’s often your body saying:
