We love having scooters, bikes, and strollers come to the shop…we hate it when drinks crash and spill. Snag a cup holder so you can ride and enjoy your drink 🥤 $7
Did you know that The Park Nutrition sits right across the street from one of Bluff Park’s most historic landmarks — Lover’s Leap?
Legend has it that Lover’s Leap got its name from a tragic Native American love story. Years later, in 1827, a newlywed husband carved a romantic poem by Lord Byron into the rock while traveling through the area with his bride. ❤️
Nearly 200 years later, Lover’s Leap is still a special part of Bluff Park’s history!
We love celebrating our community, so we created our very own Lover’s Leap Specialty Tea! 💕
🍓 Pink Starburst
💕 Raspberry
🍓 Strawberry
A sweet, refreshing combination inspired by a place filled with history, romance, and Bluff Park charm!
Stop by The Park Nutrition, right across the street from Lover’s Leap, and enjoy a little taste of local history! 💚
Rooted in Bluff Park. Made with love.
Historical details verified with the Hoover Historical Society. The Native American story is a local legend rather than a documented event.
At The Park Nutrition, we're proud to be part of Bluff Park and Hoover. We love serving delicious shakes and refreshing teas, but even more than that, we love the friendships, conversations, and connections made along the way.
Our hope is that The Park is more than just a place to grab a drink. It's a place where you feel welcome, see a familiar face, and know you're part of something special.
Thank you for choosing local, supporting our small business, and helping make this community feel like home. 🌳💚
